Moto2 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains terms and conditions governing use of the moto2 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the moto2 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and moto2 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one (1) active account at any time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. moto2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Account verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents may include valid identification and proof of current address. This is part of the platform’s Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.
Account Suspension or Closure Policy
Moto2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities. Any valid funds remaining in closed accounts will be returned to users subject to necessary investigations and legal requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a moto2 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform system.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing others to use your account on your behalf.
- Registering using false information, someone else’s identity, or forged documents.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion with other users, or manipulation of games that harms the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform or attacking moto2’s technical infrastructure.
Users are responsible for ensuring their access to the platform is lawful under the jurisdiction where they are located. The platform makes no warranties that use of services is legal in all locations.
4. MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the moto2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support various local payment methods including internet bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other payment options listed on the platform from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited and available for use on the platform. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in your account wallet section. moto2 reserves the right to change these minimum limits with appropriate notice.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the moto2 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. Processing times range from 15 minutes up to 24 hours depending on the selected method and verification requirements.
Any transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity may be temporarily held during investigations. Users will be informed if their account or transactions are under review. moto2 is not responsible for delays resulting from compliance and legal verification requirements.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
